Barbecued Ribs

Sear the ribs.
Sprinkle with salt.
Mix the remaining ingredients; pour over meat.
Bake in tightly covered pan in a 350Β° oven.
Add a little more water, if necessary.
When tender, remove lid and brown under broiler for a few minutes.
