Barbecued Meat Balls
Barbecued Meat Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soft bread crumbs, 1 lb. ground meat, 1/2 c. milk, salt and pepper to taste and 1 1/2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix together soft bread crumbs, ground meat, milk, salt and pepper and shape into meat balls.
Mix Worcestershire sauce, sugar, water, catsup and onions.
Pour over meat balls.
Cook 1 hour at 350Β°.
Cook with top on so there is more juice.
Can be made a day ahead.
When ready to use, take off grease before reheating.
Serve over rice or potatoes.
