Barbecued Brisket
Barbecued Brisket is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 or 6 lb. brisket of beef, 1 (3 oz.) bottle liquid smoke, 1 tsp. celery salt, 1 tsp. onion salt and 1 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Pour 3 ounce commercial liquid smoke over beef in baking pan.
Sprinkle with onion, celery and garlic salt.
Place in refrigerator overnight.
Sprinkle both sides of meat with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and bake in preheated oven at 275Β° for 5 hours.
Uncover meat and pour barbecue sauce over meat.
Bake 1 hour longer.
