Barbecued Beef
Barbecued Beef is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. beef roast, 4 beef bouillon cubes, 2 chicken bouillon cubes, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 large onion, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place beef in slow cooker. Add bouillon, Worcestershire sauce, onion and enough water to cover roast. Cover and cook 24 hours on low heat. Remove meat. Juice can be used for soup stock. Tear meat apart. Put back in slow cooker after the juice is out. Add barbecue sauce and mix well.
Heat again.
