Barbecue Shrimp
Barbecue Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. medium or large shrimp, 4 sticks margarine or butter, 1/2 c. white wine, 3 tbsp. ketchup and 4 to 5 cloves garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Put margarine, wine, ketchup, garlic and hot sauce in pan and cook very slowly until margarine is melted.
Put unpeeled shrimp in a shallow baking dish.
Pour sauce over shrimp.
Thinly slice 2 lemons and place on top of shrimp.
Let shrimp marinate for 1 hour or more if needed.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Serve with French bread to soak up sauce.
