Barbecue Scallops
Barbecue Scallops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can vegetarian scallops, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 3/4 c. chopped onions, 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped and 2 tbsp. onion powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place oil in frying pan.
Brown scallops, don't burn them. After browning, place in baking dish.
With the oil that's left in pan, simmer onions, peppers and garlic until soft.
Add tomato paste, water and ketchup.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Pour over scallops and bake 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Serves 5 to 6.
