Sprinkle ribs with Wrights barbecue smoke.
Salt and pepper. Bake, covered, in 350° oven for 1/2 hour for each pound of ribs. Add sauce.
Simmer at 200° to 250° for 45 minutes.
Sauce is for 4 1/2 pounds of ribs.
