Barbecue Ribs
Barbecue Ribs is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. back loin pork ribs, 1 medium onion, peeled and sliced, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Put ribs in large shallow pan.
Add onions, season with salt and pepper.
Bake uncovered at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Drain off excess drippings.
Saute garlic and onion in butter.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir until smooth.
Coat ribs with sauce and bake, uncovered, for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours longer, turning and basting every 20 minutes until tender.
