Barbecue Brisket
Barbecue Brisket is an easy dinner. Made with 1 beef brisket, fat trimmed off, onion powder, garlic powder, celery salt and 1 bottle figaro liquid smoke, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

The night before cooking, trim excess fat off both sides of brisket.
Sprinkle both sides with the three seasonings; place in large baking pan and pour Liquid Smoke over top.
Cover with plastic wrap and foil; refrigerate overnight.
Six hours before serving, remove plastic wrap and re-cover with foil.
Place in preheated oven at 300° for 4 1/2 to 5 hours.
Remove from oven and pour off marinade.
Slice with electric knife across the grain. Place back in pan.
Pour your favorite barbecue sauce over meat. Re-cover with foil; place back in the oven at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes until sauce is warm.
