Barbara Semchenko'S Broccoli Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. oil, 4 tbsp. chopped onion, 3 c. chicken broth, 1/2 bag frozen broccoli and 2 c. fine egg noodles or broken spaghetti, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a Dutch oven, saute onion in oil.
Add broth and broccoli. Cook 5 minutes.
Add noodles and garlic.
Cook until noodles are done.
Add milk and Velveeta.

Don't boil after milk is added.
