Barbara Mandrell's Tropical Fruit Cake
Barbara Mandrell'S Tropical Fruit Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box butter cake mix or regular yellow cake mix, 1/2 c. oil, 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange slices and juice and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
If you use the yellow cake mix, add 1/2 cup melted margarine to the other ingredients. Pour into 9-inch Bundt pan and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 325Β°. Allow to cool.
Remove cake from pan and refrigerate about 1/2 hour.
Stick holes in cake with fork and spread with frosting.
