Banquette of Chicken

Melt butter.
Add chicken.
Cook until seared but not brown. In a small bowl, combine flour, nutmeg, salt, pepper and dill weed. Sprinkle over chicken and stir.
Cook over a low heat for 5 minutes.
Do not brown.
Add carrots, onion and chicken broth. Bring mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat and cook, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Slowly stir in half and half to make a creamy sauce.
Serve over pasta or rice.
