Banana Split Cake
Banana Split Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 2 c. powdered sugar, 2 eggs, 4 or 5 bananas and 1 small carton cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine.
Press into a 13 x 9-inch pan. Combine powdered sugar, cold margarine, eggs and vanilla. Beat on high speed of mixer for 15 minutes. Spread over graham cracker crust and chill 1 hour. Slice bananas and dip in pineapple juice (lemon juice) to prevent browning and layer over mixture in pan.
Top with pineapple, then Cool Whip, cherries, pecans and chocolate syrup.
Serves 12.
