Banana Spice Cookies
Banana Spice Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. crisco, 1 c. brown sugar, 2 eggs, 1 c. mashed bananas (2) and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix Crisco, sugar, eggs and bananas.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover; chill about 1 hour.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonful about 2 inches apart onto lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
Frost with Lemon Butter Icing.
Makes about 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
