Banana Sour Cream Bread
Banana Sour Cream Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. oleo, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. mashed bananas and 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cream oleo and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs and bananas well.
Sift together the dry ingredients and add alternately to banana mixture with sour cream.
Stir to blend.

Grease and flour bottom of 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or 2 smaller pans and bake at 350Β° for about 60 to 75 minutes, less time for smaller pans.
Remove from pans and cool.
