Banana Salad
Banana Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 4 tsp. vinegar, 1 c. milk and 4 ripe bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Blend ingredients and cook on medium-low heat, stirring constantly.
Cook until thickened.
Cover pan and set aside to cool.
When completely cool, fold in one large Cool Whip.
Crush one can of peanuts.
Slice crosswise 4 ripe bananas.
Layer dressing, banana and peanuts until used up.
Refrigerate and serve soon.
Serves 10 to 12.
