Banana Rhubarb Crisp
Banana Rhubarb Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 medium-large bananas, cut in 1/4-inch slices, 2 1/2 c. diced rhubarb, 4 tbsp. sugar, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon and generous dash of nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
A medium bowl combine bananas, rhubarb and 2 tablespoons sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Spoon the mixture into a well greased shallow baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, graham cracker crumbs and baking powder. With a pastry blender, butter mixture is crumbly. Combine egg milk and stir in.
Spoon batter evenly over fruit. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons sugar over top of batter.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 400Β°.
Serve with ice cream.
