Banana Pudding
Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium bananas, 1 (1 lb.) box vanilla wafers, 3 medium eggs, separated, 1 c. sugar and 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix the sugar and flour in double boiler.
Beat egg yolks and milk together.
Stir into flour and sugar.
Add vanilla.
Boil until thick.
Remove from heat.
In 4-quart casserole dish, cover bottom with wafers.
Slice 3 bananas over wafers.
Pour half of pudding over bananas.
Layer once more.
Top with meringue.
Bake at 400Β° until topping browns.
