Banana Pudding
Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 2 c. milk, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt and 3 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine 1/2 cup sugar, flour and salt in top of double boiler. Stir in milk, stirring constantly until thick, about 15 minutes. Stir in beaten egg yolks gradually.
Check in 5 more minutes. Remove from heat.
Add vanilla. Pour over wafers and banana layer.
