Banana Oatmeal Muffins
Banana Oatmeal Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 1 c. milk, 1 c. honey, 4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted and 4 large bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Grease 24 muffin tin cups.
Mix egg, milk, honey and melted butter or margarine together.
Mash the bananas with a fork and add to mixture.
Mix flour, oatmeal, nuts, baking powder, soda and salt together. Add to banana mixture. Stir until just moistened.
Do not beat. Fill muffin cups.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until tested with a toothpick. Remove from pan. Cool. Serve warm or cold.
