Banana Nut Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, 2 c. plain flour, 1 tsp. soda and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs.
Beat well.
