Banana Nut Bread

Heat oven to 350°.
Grease (not oil) and lightly flour bottom of loaf pan.
In large bowl blend all ingredients except eggs and nuts at low speed until moistened.
Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Add eggs.
Beat 2 more minutes at medium speed.
Stir in nuts. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool on wire racks.
