Banana Nut Bread
Banana Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. butter or oleo, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 3/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Add alternately with sour cream and mashed bananas.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
May be divided into two smaller pans and baked for 50 minutes or until pick comes out clean.
