Banana Nut Bread
Banana Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, 3 ripe bananas, 4 tbsp. buttermilk and 1 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream together butter and sugar.
Add bananas and buttermilk. Dissolve soda in butter; mix well.
Beat in eggs.
Stir in flour and salt.
Mix well; fold in pecans.
Bake at 350Β° in 1 large or 2 small greased and floured pans, about 45 minutes.
Bread is done when lightly browned or a cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove from oven; let stand 5 minutes; run knife around loaf to loosen it from pan; lift out.
Cool on wire rack.
