Banana Nut Bread

Cream sugar and butter until fluffy.
Add eggs and beat until well blended.
Stir flour, soda, salt and nuts together until well blended.
Combine bananas and lemon juice.
Add alternately with flour mixture to cream mixture. Stir only until flour is moistened. Pour in a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
