Banana Nut Bread
Banana Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt (optional) and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
In another mixing bowl, combine eggs, bananas, oil, buttermilk and vanilla; add to flour mixture, stirring just until combined.
Fold in nuts.
Pour into a greased 9 x 5 x 5-inch baking pan (large loaf pan).
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until bread tests done.
Cool on wire rack.
Yield
1 loaf.
