Banana Nut Bread
Banana Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 c. white sugar, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 2 eggs and 3 bananas, mashed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream margarine and sugars; add the eggs and beat until light and fluffy.
Add mashed bananas.
Combine flour and remaining ingredients and fold into creamed mixture.
Mix well.
Turn into greased and lightly floured loaf pan.
I like a long 4 x 13 x 1 3/4-inch pan, but the regular 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan is okay.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes for long pan or 65 to 75 minutes for short pan.
