Banana Nut Bread
Banana Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. bananas, mashed and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream margarine and sugar thoroughly.
Blend in bananas, eggs and vanilla.
Sift flour, soda and salt together.
Add to banana mixture, alternating with milk.
Mix thoroughly after each addition.
Add nuts.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/4 hours, or until cake tester comes out clean.
Makes 2 small loaves.
