Banana Nut Bread
Banana Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine (1 stick), 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 c. liquid egg, liquid sugar substitute equal to 1/3 c. sugar and 1 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cream together the margarine and sugar at medium speed until light and fluffy.
Add egg substitute and sweetener to creamed mixture; beat at medium speed for 1 minute.
Stir flour, oat bran, baking powder and soda to blend well.
Add bananas to creamed mixture, along with flour mixture; beat for 1 minute at medium speed.
Add nuts to batter; mix lightly.
Spread evenly in greased loaf pan.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Cut into 14 equal slices, then serve.
