Banana Nut Bread
Banana Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 c. (2 to 3 medium) mashed, ripe bananas and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 350Β°. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Stir in bananas, milk and vanilla.
Add remaining ingredients and stir by hand just until well combined.
Pour into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan, greased (I spray with Pam).
Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove from pan and cool completely before slicing.
