Banana Nut Bread

Preheat oven to 350Β°. Grease loaf pan. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, beating one at a time in butter and sugar mix.
Sift all-purpose flour, salt and baking soda together. Stir dry mix and whole-wheat flour into cream mix. Fold in bananas, vanilla and walnuts. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then remove from loaf pan and cool on rack.
