Banana Nut Bread
Banana Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. crisco, 4 eggs, 6 large, ripe bananas and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream together sugar, shortening and eggs.
Mash bananas in electric mixer.
Add all remaining ingredients, including the bananas, to the creamed mixture.
Mix well and pour into 3 greased and floured loaf pans (3 x 7-inch).
Bake at 325Β° for approximately 40 to 60 minutes, depending on oven.
Cool on cookie racks.
