Banana Nut Bars
Banana Nut Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. margarine, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream sugar and shortening; add eggs, vanilla and bananas. Mix well.
Gradually add dry ingredients and sour cream.
Pour into a 10 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until done when tested.
When cool, cut into desired pieces.
May sprinkle with powdered sugar glaze flavored with banana.
