Banana Cupcakes
Banana Cupcakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 3/4 c. granulated sugar, 1/2 c. packed brown sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 350Β°. Line 24 muffin cups with fluted liners. In large bowl, mix flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon on low until well combined. Add bananas, eggs, milk, margarine or butter, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat until blended. Increase speed to high; beat 1 to 2 minutes or until creamy. Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling to about 2/3 full. Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out of center clean. Immediately remove and cool. While cooling, prepare frosting.
