Banana Cream Pie
Banana Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. milk, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3 or 4 egg yolks and 1 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix sugar, salt, cornstarch and flour.
Heat 2 1/2 cups milk. Pour 1/2 cup milk into dry ingredients to make a paste.
Add paste to warm milk; cook and stir constantly.
Cook until thick.
Beat eggs slightly.
Add 2 tablespoons hot mixture to eggs.
Then add eggs to warm mixture.
Boil 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add vanilla and butter or margarine.
Stir until melted.
Cut 2 bananas into mixture and pour into 9-inch baked pie shell.
Garnish top with Cool Whip.
