Banana Chocolate Squares

In a large bowl of electric mixer at high speed, beat together shortening, sugars, egg, vanilla and salt until smooth.
Add bananas; mix well.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes until browned.
Cool in pan on wire rack for 15 minutes.
