Banana Cake
Banana Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. ripe bananas (3 medium), 3/4 c. oil, 1 (18 1/2 oz.) yellow cake mix, 1/2 c. sugar and 5 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Put bananas and oil in blender and liquify.
Add mixture and sugar to cake mix.
Beat well with electric mixer.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add vanilla.
Combine 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans) and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Pour half the batter into greased and floured Bundt pan.
Sprinkle nuts, sugar and cinnamon over batter.
Pour remaining batter into pan.
Bake at 350Β° for about 1 hour.
