Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. soda, 1 c. mashed ripe bananas and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In large bowl, mix flour, salt and soda.
A second bowl, combine bananas and sugar; stir well.
Add egg and butter; stir to blend.
Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients.
Mix until just moistened.
Pour batter into greased 8 x 4-inch loaf pan. Bake at 325Β° for 55 to 60 minutes.
Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn onto rack.
