Banana Bread

Grease only the bottom of loaf pan.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix shortening, sugar, eggs and bananas together and beat.
Add dry ingredients all at once and beat with a spoon. Mix until smooth.
Bake at 350Β° for 60 minutes.
Cool in pan for 30 minutes and turn out.
