Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, 3 to 3 1/2 c. sugar, 1 pt. sour cream, 4 well beaten eggs and 3 c. banana pulp (10 to 12 ripe bananas), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream butter and sugar together.
Add soda to sour cream, then blend with creamed mixture.
Beat eggs well and add, then add mashed bananas.
Sift dry ingredients together, then mix into first mixture.
Add chopped nuts.
Blend well and turn into greased and floured loaf tins.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until done.
Makes 4 large loaves.
