Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour (unbleached), sifted, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. butter, softened and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Sift the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Cream butter and add sugar.
Beat well.
To the butter and sugar, add the eggs and bananas and mix well.
Combine the milk and lemon juice and add to the liquid ingredients.
Fold dry ingredients by the 1/2 cup into liquid ingredients.
Fold well after each 1/2 cup of dry ingredients.
Pour batter into buttered 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan and bake for 1 hour.
Serves 4 to 6.
