Banana Bars
Banana Bars is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 22 minutes. Made with c. flour, c. sugar, c. packed brown sugar, c. margarine, softened and c. thinly sliced bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine first 4 ingredients.
Mix at low speed until crumbly. Press 1 1/2 cups crumbs into ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan. Reserve 1/2 cup crumb mixture for topping.
To remaining crumb mixture, add remaining ingredients.
Beat 1 minute until well blended. Spread over crumb crust.
Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
Cool and cut into bars.
Makes 3 to 4 dozen bars.
