Baked Ziti
Baked Ziti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. ziti, cooked, 32 oz. or 1 1/2 jars spaghetti sauce, 2 c. ricotta or cottage cheese, 1 tbsp. parsley and 1 egg, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cover bottom of pan (9 x 11-inch) with a thin layer of sauce. In a large bowl, combine approximately 1/2 of sauce with cottage cheese, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese, parsley, egg, oregano, garlic, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
Mix together; then add ziti and mix. Spread in pan.
Top with remaining sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Bake, covered, at 375Β° for approximately 60 minutes.
