Baked White Potato Casserole
Baked White Potato Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 5 or 6 medium potatoes, 1 stick oleo, salt and pepper to taste, 8 oz. sour cream and 8 oz. grated swiss cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Boil potatoes until soft.
Drain; add oleo and mix well with mixer.
Do not add milk.
In 1 1/2 to 2-quart buttered casserole, layer with 1/2 of potatoes, sour cream and cheese.
Repeat layers with cheese on top.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Can be made ahead.
