Baked Tuna Primavera

Preheat oven to 375°.
Lightly grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish. In large bowl, dissolve cornstarch in milk.
Stir in cottage cheese, Parmesan, basil, garlic and onion powder.
Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
Spoon into baking dish and cover with foil.
Bake at 375° for 45 to 55 minutes or until hot.
