Baked Squash
Baked Squash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 slices big white winter squash, salt, cinnamon, margarine and brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Peel slices of squash.
Place in 8 x 10-inch cake pan. Sprinkle with salt and cinnamon.
Spread approximately 1 teaspoon of brown sugar on each slice of squash.
Put dots of margarine on top of brown sugar.
Pour enough water into pan to keep squash from sticking and burning to the pan.
Bake approximately 1 hour at 375Β°.
