Brown beef, garlic and onion. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms, sugar, oregano, salt and basil. Bring to a boil.

Boil, uncovered, 20 to 25 minutes. Stir often. Remove from heat; add spaghetti. Put 1/2 mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan.

Sprinkle with all of Mozzarella cheese. Put rest of spaghetti mix on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
