Baked Spaghetti
Baked Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 lb. hot italian sausage, sliced, 1 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 large cloves garlic, minced and 1 tbsp. italian seasoning, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a large heavy pan, brown beef and cook sausage and onion with garlic and Italian seasoning until done.
Stir to separate meat.
Stir in soup, water, vinegar and salt.
Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add spaghetti.
Transfer to two 2 1/2-quart shallow baking dishes (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
Bake at 400Β° for 30 minutes or until hot.
Top with cheese.
Makes about 15 cups.
