Baked Spaghetti
Baked Spaghetti is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped onion, 1 c. chopped green pepper, 1 tbsp. oleo, 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes and 1 can sliced ripe olives, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In a large skillet, saute onion and green pepper in oleo until tender.
Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano.
Add beef. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
Place half of the spaghetti in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Top with half of the vegetable mixture.
Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese.
Repeat layers. Mix the soup and water until smooth; pour over casserole.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through.
