Baked Seafood Casserole
Baked Seafood Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 oz shrimp (boiled in cajun seasoning), peel and chill, 5 melba rounds, crushed (garlic flavor), 2 oz cottage cheese, green onion chopped and 1/2 celery stalk, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix 1/2 melba toast with 1/2 Tablespoon of milk.
Set aside. Beat egg yolks.
Add melba mixture.
Add shrimp, cottage cheese, onion, celery, cayenne pepper, parsley and salt.
Beat egg whites stiff and fold into shrimp mixture.
Spray baking dish heavily with pam.
Sprinkle top with paprika and parsley flakes.
Bake 1 hour or more until set.
